Email Permission
Our Email options allow you to redistribute Dow Jones content to any number of individuals via email. Easy ordering and instant delivery make email the fastest way to get the news out. Depending on the size of your distribution and the level of customization required, you may choose from our Instant Email Service or, for mass emailing or custom options, our Custom Email service.
Instant Email Service
This online service automatically formats the article in its entirety and sends the article to you as a non-printable, PDF attachment via email. You can then send the reprint to the specified number of recipients in your reprint order. Articles are reprinted in their entirety in a standard, computer-generated layout. Some graphics and charts are not included. You will see a proof of the reprint before the final order confirmation page.
To order or obtain a price quote: Select "PRICING/ORDERING" at left to locate the article in our database. From the article's detail page, click on the blue Rightslink box to connect to Copyright Clearance Center. A new window pops open. Use the pull-down menu to select your type of use and check prices or complete your order.
Custom Email Service
Our Custom Email service is best for bulk email campaigns, e-Newsletters, and customized layouts including disclaimer language and graphics. We provide a unique and durable link to an HTML version of the article which is hosted on our servers for a limited amount of time (usually 30 days). You may include the link in any type of email distribution. The reprint itself may be customized to include a disclaimer or a deep link back to your site. Same-day turnaround is available.
